Your community club Beadesert
ABOUT US
The Beaudesert RSL Sub Branch opened its offices in Jane Street in 1919, and when the new council chambers were built in 1958 they moved there. In 1979 the Sub Branch purchased the existing site which was once the town’s Post Office.
Our club was founded as a meeting place for returned service personal in the Beaudesert Shire. As well as a venue to commemorate war service it also preserves the spirit of the camaraderie of men and women who served or are serving in the defence of Australia.
Since redevelopment began in 1998 the club has undergone many changes but has kept its country charm. Members and their guests are greeted inside the club with modern facilities and friendly staff.
Our Bistro Thr3e restaurant can cater for 180 people plus our outdoor Alfresco area is great for those who prefer to eat outside. We also have a small deck at the front of the club where guests with small dogs are welcome.
Other facilities include our Coffee Lounge, 45 of the latest gaming machines, 2 bars, function facilities, live entertainment, kids room, a complimentary courtesy bus for members and their guests, Keno, TAB, a bottle shop, and ample on-site and street parking.
We would like to extend our welcome to The Club Beaudesert.

WHAT WE GIVE BACK
How we support our Community 2023
Did you know we employ 35 locals who all live in and support the local community. From this employment we contributed $1.6 million in wages.
We purchase from local suppliers over $235,000 in products and services.
This support to other local businesses indirectly assists in more employment in the Scenic Rim Region.
We pay the State Government over $900,000 in Gaming Taxes.
We pay GST to the Federal Government over $400,000.
We pay $56,000 in electricity to keep the lights on and keep you cool.
We contribute to the Scenic Rim Regional Council over $21,500 in water bills.
We supported The Beaudesert RSL Sub Branch with over $243,000 in rent which directly assists the veteran community of Beaudesert.
On top of this we also give back to the Local Community through community grants and donations of over $173,000 both Cash and In-Kind support.
Lastly, we support our members with a safe environment to relax with family and friends, discounts on food and beverages, local and live entertainment, and a range of special events.
Community, Sporting & Academic Sponsorships
We are excited to announce that the Community & Sporting Sponsorship Program is open for applications. All applicants will be notified by email of the donation committee’s decision, with successful applicants being required to attend a presentation ceremony.
The Program is designed to provide financial assistance to local community organisations who, without this support, would find it difficult to achieve their organisational goals. Sponsorship grants are available up to $2000.
How to Apply:
An application may only be made in writing on the Application Form, which is available for download – click here, or collect from Reception at The Club, 23-25 William St, Beaudesert QLD 4285.
